Intuitive. Emotional. Relational.

How It Works

  1. explore the vibe

Browse the site, read the FAQs, and feel into what resonates. If my words, approach, or energy feel like a fit, trust that. You’re invited to begin when you’re ready.

2. book your first session

Choose a one-time session or ongoing support to reserve your time. This space is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to you. We'll move at your pace, with care and curiosity.

Before we meet, I’ll send a few gentle questions to help guide our time together and honour your intentions.

3. begin the work, together, online

We'll connect via video in a confidential, care-centered space and begin wherever you are. From there, we follow your story, your goals, and your truth - at a pace that supports your nervous system and self-knowing. You'll leave each session with more clarity, softness, insight - or even just a little more room inside yourself.

youth in need | $X | 50 minutes

For youth in need, I offer free coaching and support. A youth in need would be defined as a person 18 years of age and under, who would otherwise feel marginalized for any sort of coaching services.

You can book four free sessions and then will be placed on a wait list, depending upon client availability and needs.

Note: this is a free of charge service for youth in need. Please find my donation page if you are willing or able to contribute towards subsidizing another person for coaching services.

Insurance

Coaching is not covered under extended health benefits or psychological insurance plans. Because I am not a licensed therapist, I cannot provide receipts for insurance reimbursement. If you are seeking therapy that is covered by insurance, I’m happy to help point you toward trusted resources.

forms of payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. I currently accept [credit card / debit card / PayPal / e-transfer]. All payments are processed securely, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your session is reserved.

cancellation policy

Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. I hold this boundary with compassion, while also honoring the time I reserve for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Great question - and one I take seriously and also know from my own experience as a client. I offer a free connection call so we can feel into it together. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll always try to point you toward someone who might be.

  • Sessions are collaborative, spacious, and led by what feels most alive for you. We may work with mindfulness, somatic awareness, narrative exploration, or compassionate inquiry. Expect reflection, realness, and a return to self - not performance or perfection.

  • While my work is therapeutic, I am not a licensed therapist.

Coaching is future-focused and present-moment work, rooted in empowerment, intention, growth-oriented healing, and self-exploration and inquiry. Therapy often explores past wounds through a clinical lens, while coaching helps you reorient in the present and move toward meaningful shifts. I am not a therapist, but my work can complement therapeutic support. We can discuss my approach in a consultation or during your first session.

  • Grief (in all its forms), burnout, identity loss, relationship patterns, reparenting, boundary work, creative blocks, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and navigating major life changes. We explore the messy middle, the stuck places, and the longing for more.

  • Yes. My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming values. I aim to hold space with cultural humility, deep listening, and zero judgment. Your lived experience is valid here.

  • All of our sessions will be online through Zoom. A private link will be provided for you upon booking.

  • You can use the online calendar (LINK) or reach out directly if you don’t see a time that works. I try to accommodate time zones and schedules as best I can.

  • This is entirely up to you, based upon what level of support you currently need or require, and what you are currently navigating. Some clients I see once every two weeks, some once a month, some every few months. It depends.

  • I offer both one-time sessions and ongoing support. Some clients come in moments of transition or crisis; others want consistent accountability and integration. You can choose what fits best, and we can always revisit.

  • No. This work meets you where you are. Whether you're holding subtle ache or deep grief, you're welcome here.

  • If you recognize me from my past life as a radio host, living inside your speakers, it’s an honour to have crossed paths again. If that version of me felt loud and fast, this one’s a bit slower and softer.

It's possible we’ve shared space in another chapter of my life—on the radio, at an event, or through mutual connections. If you’re considering working with me now as a coach, we’ll explore together what feels safe and supportive.

If it feels strange or tender to reach out, that's okay. We can talk about it. Consent, care, and clear boundaries are foundational to how I work.

I hold professional boundaries with care, and I honour your past knowing of me without assuming anything about your present needs.

Coaching is a very different space—slower, more spacious, and deeply personal. If you're curious about working together, we’ll take time to explore whether it feels aligned for both of us. Your comfort and safety matter to me most.

  • Your session time is reserved for you. Being committed to following through on your intentions for each session booking is key to your progress in coaching and self-growth, but also important for my own survival and business operations. A late arrival, cancellation, or no-show means that this space and time could have been filled by another client in need. As such, I require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation or appointment changes. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice or if you miss your appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee before you can book your next session. I understand that emergencies happen outside of our control; if you need to explain anything further, please be in touch.

  • Yes, I believe healing should be accessible. I reserve a few sliding scale spots each month - please reach out if cost is a barrier.

  • Coaching is a self-investment rather than an insured service. While not covered by insurance plans, many clients find it a valuable part of their healing and growth journey. That said, if you're seeking therapy that's covered by insurance, I’d be happy to refer you to a registered mental health professional in your area. My coaching work can be a powerful complement to therapy, offering support with integration, life transitions, and self-connection.

  • Absolutely. Everything shared in session is held with confidentiality and care. I do not share your information with anyone unless required by law for safety.

  • Not at all. You don’t have to come in “with a plan.” Sometimes we’re just feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, or like something needs to shift but we don’t yet have words for it. That’s more than enough. We begin with what’s here.

Some clients bring grief, burnout, or stuck patterns. Others bring a longing for clarity, confidence, boundaries, or creativity. You may not know yet why you're here - and that's okay too.

  • Every journey is different. Some clients come for a single session to move through a stuck place. Others work with me over months or years as part of their support system. There’s no one-size-fits-all. We’ll check in regularly to see what’s serving you.

  • Yes. All parts of you are welcome here - including the ones that are hurting, grieving, raging, unraveling, or just… tired. While I am not a clinical therapist, I’m trained in trauma-informed approaches and hold space with deep care and presence.

  • I work from a grounded, psycho-spiritual perspective - meaning we may touch on meaning-making, mindfulness, self-compassion, and soul without prescribing any belief system. Your path is your own. You don’t have to be spiritual, and I’ll never impose mine on you.

  • Yes, for ongoing clients I offer optional email or voice note check-ins between sessions. Some folks like the extra thread of connection; others prefer more space. It’s all about what supports your nervous system and process.

  • Absolutely. Coaching can be a beautiful complement to therapy or psychiatric care. I support clients who are also doing deep clinical work, as well as those who aren’t. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to chat about it in a consult.

  • Maybe! Some sessions include reflective prompts, journaling, somatic practices, or meditative exercises to carry into your week. But I’ll never overload you. This is not about performance - it’s about integration and ease.

  • Yes. I work virtually with clients around the world (depending on time zone alignment and legal parameters). Just let me know where you’re based when booking.

  • I work with people of all genders. My practice is queer-affirming, anti-oppressive, and welcoming to anyone navigating identity, loss, change, and healing.

  • Then you’re in the perfect place. You don’t need any prior experience in coaching, therapy, mindfulness, or self-work. Just a willingness to show up. We’ll start from there.
