Your Life Doesn’t
Have To Stay The Same

(she/her)
Hi, I’m Casey-Jo.
I’ve always believed we’re not meant to live half-truths. We’re here to know ourselves deeply, to speak honestly, to connect fully. But for many of us, that’s not how life has gone. We learn to play small, to stay quiet, to carry stories and wear masks that were never really ours or us.
My work is about helping you find your way back.
For nearly 20 years, I worked as a radio and television host - connecting with thousands of people through music, stories, and conversation every single day. What I didn’t realize then was that I was training one of my greatest skills: listening for what’s beneath the surface. The quiet pauses. The unsaid truths. The moments that make conversations transformative.
Now, as a certified mindfulness coach and life coach, I bring that same presence into every session. I use a blend of Compassionate Inquiry, mindfulness practices, and narrative exploration to help you untangle what holds you back. Our sessions are not about quick fixes. Together, we create deep, sustainable shifts that ripple into every area of your life.
This work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you remember who you’ve always been.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking my dog Raven, writing poems about grief and resilience, sipping coffee with a book in hand, or planning my next big adventure. I believe in boundaries, belly laughs, and the magic of music. I believe that reflection and self-awareness are powerful - but action is where the change takes root.
Most of all, I believe in you.

My Approach
I believe the greatest relationship we have is with ourselves. From how we relate to our own being, we learn how to relate to everyone and everything else.
My coaching is non-conventional, honest, and free of fluff. I help you break up with comfort zones, uncover truths, and express yourself in new ways - all grounded in mindfulness, body awareness, and consciousness. Together, we go beneath the surface to explore the roots of suffering, pain, defences, and the unconscious narratives that shape your life. This isn’t about band-aids, it’s about building an empowered ability to consciously create your own experience.
The aim of my practice is to offer you a non-judgmental, supportive space where we meet you exactly where you are. From there, we explore where you’d like to go, with a gentle emphasis on mental and emotional well-being, and a deepening of your connection to your own being.
My goal is to help cultivate courage, to support the emergence of living through your heart, in alignment with your mind and intuition
I offer guidance through powerful questions, creating a collaborative experience where the “why’s” of life transform into the wise - the inner wisdom we all already carry.
We carry compassion, wonder, and courage into every session — and then out into the world. This work means becoming a curious scientist of your own life: noticing habits and patterns, exploring limiting beliefs, meeting core emotions, and examining the stories that shape you.
It means sitting with what is true. Shedding protective layers. Dis-identifying from who you’ve been told you are. Creating boundaries. Pouring over clarity. Keeping your heart cracked open.
Together we cultivate openness and curiosity in place of fear, and build trust in your own mind, heart, and intuition. The aim is to move through this human experience with more awareness, more freedom, and more consciousness.
Above all, I want you to feel empowered in our sessions - and to know you are never alone as you deepen your relationship with yourself.

A Peek Inside My Mind
Coaching is about more than techniques or tools, it’s about real connection. And since you’re here, I want you to know me as a whole human, not just a title on a website. Here’s a little glimpse into the pieces that shape me:
SUPERPOWER
I can hear a song through a wall, a car door, or half a block away and know exactly what it is. (A party trick? Maybe. A deep love of music? Definitely. A curse of always been tuned into what others might miss? To be determined).
FAVORITE EATS
Noodz. Anything with cheese. Mangos. Sushi. Chocolate. Food is joy, and joy is non-negotiable.
INSPIRED BY
Everything, if you let it: the small, the sacred, the ordinary.
WHERE I’VE BEEN
Thailand, Bali, the Philippines, Mexico, Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain… and of course, British Columbia (the best place on earth).
WHERE I’M HEADED
Ever-evolving, and expanding, just like the universe. (Also: the south of France and Japan, please.)
DAILY RITUAL
Meditation, dog walks, coffee, reading, music, writing, boundaries. Always making space for reflection and presence.
ONE DAY I WANT TO
Create a non-profit in my community. A space where healing and belonging aren’t luxuries, but essentials.
